Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:16
- Board: means the board of barbering, cosmetology, and esthetics. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:1
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Applicants shall make written application to the board on a form prescribed and supplied by the office of professional licensure and certification which shall contain satisfactory evidence of the qualifications required of the applicant; and the applicant shall also pay the examination fee.
