After notice and hearing the executive director may revoke or suspend any license issued under this chapter if the licensee:
I. Violates any provision of this chapter or rule or order adopted or issued under it.
II. Knowingly makes any false statement on any application or any report required by the executive director.
III. Fails to respond to any lawful inquiry of the executive director.
IV. Is under a suspension or revocation of a license, similar to one issued under this chapter, in another jurisdiction and not reinstated.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 314-A:9
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
II. Knowingly makes any false statement on any application or any report required by the executive director.
III. Fails to respond to any lawful inquiry of the executive director.
IV. Is under a suspension or revocation of a license, similar to one issued under this chapter, in another jurisdiction and not reinstated.
