Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 317-A:25

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Any one who is licensed to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in this state, and of good professional character, and known to the dental board as such, who desires to change residence to another state, territory or country, shall, upon application to the dental board, receive a special certificate over the signature of the president and vice-president of the board, which shall attest such facts, and give the date upon which such person was licensed.
