Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 318-B:28-a
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
No court shall order an annulment, pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 651:5 or any other provision of law, of any record of conviction for a felony under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 318-B until 7 years after the date of conviction.
