Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 31:107
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
A political entity permitted or required to indemnify its officers and employees under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 31:105 and 106 may purchase a comprehensive general liability insurance policy necessary to protect itself and its officers and employees against such liability. The insurance policy may be issued by any insurance company organized or authorized to do business in this state.
