It shall be a class A misdemeanor for any natural person or a felony for any business organization to:
I. Present or attempt to use the license of another as one’s own;

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9

II. Give any false or forged evidence of any kind to the executive director in obtaining a license;
III. Falsely impersonate any other licensee of like or different name;
IV. Attempt to use an expired or revoked license; or
V. Violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
