I. Any psychologist who was licensed under the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 330-A on June 30, 2012, shall continue to be licensed and shall be under the jurisdiction of the board under RSA 329-B.
II. All complaints in process pertaining to psychologists or their trainees under board consideration, investigation, supervision, discipline, settlement, consent decree, and all other matters under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 330-A on June 30, 2012 shall be under the jurisdiction of the board under RSA 329-B.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 329-B:27

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • Settlement: Parties to a lawsuit resolve their difference without having a trial. Settlements often involve the payment of compensation by one party in satisfaction of the other party's claims.

III. All supervision agreements and license applications and renewals, pertaining to psychologists and psychology students in effect or under consideration under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 330-A on June 30, 2012 shall be under the jurisdiction of the board under RSA 329-B.
IV. [Repealed.]
V. Any psychologist or public member who served on the board established under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 330-A prior to June 30, 2012 shall be considered a former member of the board established under this chapter.
VI. All complaints in process pertaining to school psychologists or their trainees under certificate consideration, investigation, supervision, discipline, settlement, consent decree, and all other like matters under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 21-N on the effective date of this paragraph shall be communicated to the board under this chapter.
VII. All corrective supervision agreements pertaining to school psychologists, associate school psychologists, and school psychology students in effect or under consideration under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 21-N on effective date of this paragraph shall be communicated to the board under this chapter.
VIII. Any doctoral level school psychologist who served on the board established under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 21-N prior to the effective date of this paragraph shall be considered a former member of the board established under this chapter.
