Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 332-B:5
- Board: means the board of veterinary medicine established in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 332-B:1
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
The board shall meet at least 6 times a year at the time and place fixed by rule of the board. Other necessary meetings may be called by the president of the board by giving notice as may be required by rule. The quorum and the actions of the board shall be in accordance with RSA 91-A. At its annual meeting, the board shall organize by electing a president and such other officers as may be prescribed by rule. Officers of the board serve for terms of one year and until a successor is elected, without limitation on the number of terms an officer may serve. The president shall preside at board meetings and serve as administrative head of the board. Records shall be kept pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 91-A:3 and in accordance with the retention policy established by the office of professional licensure and certification.
