I. In the event of a conflict between the declaration or bylaws, the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 356-B shall control.
II. A unit owners association may amend or revise the condominium documents to comply with the requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 356-B without the need to obtain mortgagee approval if the changes do not affect the mortgagee’s equity or security interest in the property.
