Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 356:4-c

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The state, a political subdivision thereof, or any public agency injured in its business or property by reason of a violation of this chapter may recover the actual damages sustained and the costs of the suit including reasonable attorney’s fees. The state, political subdivision, or public agency shall recover regardless of whether it dealt directly or indirectly with the defendant.
