Every manufacturer shall specify to the dealer, the delivery and preparation obligations of its motor vehicle dealers prior to delivery of new motor vehicles to retail buyers. A copy of the delivery and preparation obligations of its motor vehicle dealers and a schedule of the compensation to be paid by it to its motor vehicle dealers for the work and services they shall be required to perform in connection with such delivery and preparation obligations shall be filed with the New Hampshire motor vehicle industry board by every motor vehicle manufacturer. The compensation as set forth on such schedule shall be reasonable in the same manner as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 357-C:5, II(b). No dealer shall charge any purchaser for work or services paid for by the manufacturer.
