Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 359-J:4

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
A person who violates N.H. Rev. Stat. § 359-J:2, I shall be liable to the state for a civil penalty of not less than $5,000 nor more than $15,000 per violation, which civil penalty shall be in addition to any other relief which may be granted under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 359-J:3. Each performance or production declared unlawful under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 359-J:2, I shall constitute a separate violation.
