Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 367:35
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Whenever the petitioner has made payment or tender and deposit of all sums thus awarded, the lessee corporation, or the new corporation, as the case may be, shall become possessed and seized of the property, franchises and rights named in the contract of lease or union in accordance with the terms thereof, and the superior court may make and enforce any orders that may be necessary to perfect the title.
