- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
If upon such trial the amount of the award is increased, the stockholder shall have judgment and execution against the appellee therefor, with interest and costs; if it is decreased, the appellee shall have judgment and execution for such decrease.
