Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 367:47
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Nothing in this chapter shall impair the right which any railroad corporation has to unite with another corporation, or to become a party to a contract for the lease of a railroad.
