Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 374:31

  • commission: as used in this title , means the public utilities commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 362:1

If commission approval is required pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 374:30 for any transfer, lease, or contract, any such attempted transfer, lease, or contract shall be void unless the same shall have been approved by the commission.
