Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 376:15
- person: means any individual, firm, copartnership, corporation, company, association or joint-stock association, railroad corporation, including any trustee, administrator, executor, receiver, assignee or other personal representative thereof. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 376:2
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
It shall be unlawful for any common carrier by motor vehicle engaged in transportation between points in this state to make, give, or cause any undue or unreasonable preference or advantage to any particular person or locality in any respect whatsoever, or to subject any particular person or locality to any unjust discrimination or any undue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage in any respect whatsoever.
