- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Upon receipt of the information described in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-A:3-314, the commissioner shall cause an examination to be made. If the commissioner determines that all requirements of the approval have been satisfied, then the commissioner shall issue a certificate authorizing the state bank to begin the transaction of business. The cost of the examination shall be paid by the state bank.
