- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
No trust company shall engage in trust business that is materially different from, or inconsistent with, the business plan or capital plan approved by the commissioner. A trust company may effect a material amendment to the trust company’s business plan or capital plan under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-C:8-801.
