Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 383-E:4-415
- Escrow: Money given to a third party to be held for payment until certain conditions are met.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Escrow accounts of credit unions, federal credit unions and foreign credit unions having escrow accounts in this state shall be subject to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-B:3-303(a)(7)(E).
