Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 383:10-g
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Notwithstanding the exceptions to confidentiality in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383:10-b, the submission of any information to any federal banking agency, state banking department, or foreign banking authority for any purpose in the course of any supervisory or regulatory process shall not be construed as waiving, destroying, or otherwise affecting any privilege such person may claim with regard to any information under federal or state law as to any person other than such agency, department, or authority.
