Each foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a New Hampshire state branch or New Hampshire state agency shall, in a manner established by the commissioner by rules, adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A, or order, give notice that deposits and credit balances in such office are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
