Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 395:17

  • Clerk of court: An officer appointed by the court to work with the chief judge in overseeing the court's administration, especially to assist in managing the flow of cases through the court and to maintain court records.
Upon the expiration of the time fixed for the presentation of claims, the commissioner shall make in duplicate a full and complete list of the claims presented, including and specifying such claims as have been rejected by him. One of the said lists shall be filed in the office of the commissioner, and the other in the office of the clerk of court.
