Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 407-B:1

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4

The purpose of this chapter is to permit the writing of motor vehicle insurance in this state on a group merchandising basis subject to the conditions stated herein, to avoid the application of any statute forbidding discrimination between insureds as to the type of business defined herein and to set forth the terms and conditions under which insurance on a group merchandising basis may be written.
