Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 415-E:12
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Each arrangement shall have and maintain its principal place of business in this state and shall make available to the commissioner complete records of its assets, transactions, and affairs in accordance with such methods and systems as are customary for, or suitable to, the kind or kinds of business transacted.
