Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 417-A:6
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Insurer: means any insurance company, association or exchange authorized to issue policies of automobile insurance in the state of New Hampshire. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 417-A:1
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the insurance commissioner, any insurer, the authorized representatives, agents and employees of either or any firm, person or corporation furnishing to the insurer information as to reasons for cancellation or refusal to write or renew for any statement made by any of them in complying with this chapter or for the providing of information pertaining thereto.
