Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 420-B:15
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
With the exception of investments made in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 420-B:7, the funds of a health maintenance organization shall be invested only in securities or other investments permitted by the laws of this state for the investment of assets constituting the legal reserves of life insurance companies, or such other securities or investments as the commissioner may permit.
