A licensee that is in compliance with N.Y. Comp. Codes R. __ampersand__ Regs. Title 23, section 500, Cybersecurity Requirements for Financial Services Companies, effective March 1, 2017, shall be considered to meet the requirements of this chapter, provided that the licensee submits a written statement to the commissioner certifying such compliance. However, any licensee subject to this New York Regulatory Safe Harbor shall continue to be subject to, and shall comply with, the investigation requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 420-P:5, the commissioner notification requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 420-P:6, I and II, and the consumer notification requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 420-P:6, III.
