Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 427:45
- farm: means any land, buildings, or structures on or in which agriculture and farming operations or activities are carried out or conducted and shall include the residence or residences of owners, occupants, or employees located on such land. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:34-a
The provisions of this subdivision relative to requiring a license shall not apply to a farmer who does not go from place to place buying or selling livestock, nor to a farmer holding an auction sale in the regular operation of his farm business.
