Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 432:15

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The supervisors may employ such employees as they may require and shall determine their qualifications, duties and compensation. The supervisors may delegate to their chairman, to one or more supervisors, or to one or more agents or employees, such powers and duties as they may deem proper. The supervisors shall provide for the execution of surety bonds for all employees and officers who shall be entrusted with funds or property; shall provide for the keeping of full and accurate records of all proceedings; and shall provide for an annual audit of the account of receipts and disbursements. The supervisors shall furnish to the state conservation committee, upon request, copies of their proceedings and other documents as they shall adopt or employ, and such other information concerning their activities as it may require in the performance of its duties under this subdivision.
