Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 434:51
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
All bonds, mortgages or other securities required and furnished under the provisions of this subdivision shall be given to the commissioner as trustee of the person furnishing the same, for each and all of the patrons in this state, and shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of such person of all the acts prescribed for, and all the conditions imposed upon, such person by this subdivision.
