The following acts and the causing thereof within the state are hereby prohibited:
I. The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 435:24

  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4

II. The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed.
III. The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, which are adulterated within the meaning of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 435:23, I, II, III or IV.
IV. The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 435:28.
V. The failure or refusal to register in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 435:20.
VI. The violation of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 435:29, VI.
