Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 436:80

Sale and use of biological products and diagnostic reagents produced for animal use which are sold, given away or used within this state shall bear a label stating the name and address of the person, firm or institution producing it and the date of preparation. Said label and certification of licensure by the United States Department of Agriculture shall be submitted to the commissioner for his or her approval prior to acceptance for distribution in New Hampshire. Any such biologic or diagnostic reagent that does not require licensure by the United States Department of Agriculture shall be accompanied by a letter from the United States Department of Agriculture stating the exemption in lieu of a license.
