Any equine found positive after an official retest performed pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 436:94 shall be permanently quarantined on the premises where the test was performed and isolated from all other equines. The commissioner shall adopt rules under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A relative to the quarantine, isolation, and disposal of reactors.
