Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 44:5
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Any person having his or her domicile within the city, qualified to vote as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 654:1 through 654:6 and whose name is on the checklist shall be qualified to vote in city elections. The supervisors of the checklist shall prepare, post, and revise the checklist for city elections in the same manner as for a state election as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 654:25-654:31.
