Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 458:14
- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
The court, upon proper application and notice to the adverse party, may revise and modify any order made by it, may make such new orders as may be necessary, and may award costs as justice may require, except as otherwise provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 458:19-aa.
