- Person: means an individual, business association, state or other government, governmental subdivision or agency, public authority, estate, trust, 2 or more persons having a joint or common interest, or any other legal or commercial entity. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 471-C:1
A person aggrieved by a decision of the administrator or whose claim has not been acted upon within 90 days after its filing may bring an action to establish the claim in the Merrimack county superior court, naming the administrator as a defendant. The action must be brought within 90 days after the decision of the administrator or within 180 days after the filing of the claim if the administrator has failed to act on it.
