Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 485-A:13-a

Any person, except for state, and local governments, including counties, and political subdivisions, issued a groundwater permit under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 485-A:13, I(a) shall pay to the department a fee of $1,000 for the 5-year permit. Said fee shall be for processing such permits, including any necessary inspections and monitoring performed by the department in enforcing the terms and conditions of such permits. The fees shall be deposited with the state treasurer as unrestricted revenue.
