The commission shall rate each court inspected as herein provided as “accredited-excellent”, “accredited-satisfactory”, “not accredited” or give each court a rating established by the commission which substantially reflects these rating categories, in accordance with the criteria set forth in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 490:5-c. The commission rating shall be a matter of public record and shall be transmitted in written form to each court.
