I. Any person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor who:
(a) Is notified as a prospective juror and does not appear as directed by the clerk in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 500-A:7 and does not show cause for his failure to appear when ordered to do so by the court; or
(b) Willfully misrepresents a material fact on a juror qualification form with the purpose of avoiding or securing service as a juror.
II. [Repealed.]
