Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 507:8-e
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.

A parent, guardian or other person having legal custody of a minor who fails or neglects to exercise reasonable supervision and control of the conduct of such minor shall be liable in a civil action for any acts of vandalism, as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-B:45, by such minor to the real or personal property of another.
