Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 52-A:10
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
A special assessment shall be payable at the same time and in the same manner as property taxes assessed under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 76 and shall remain a lien, co-equal with the lien of all state, county, district, and municipal taxes, superior in dignity to all other liens, titles, and claims until paid.
