Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 529:31

  • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
  • real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21
In all counties, the officers so making a levy shall pay to the register of deeds the fees prescribed in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 478:17-g and shall be entitled to the same fees for travel and copy as in case of an attachment of real estate, all of which shall be returned upon the execution.
