Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 559:17
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent

When it shall appear by the will of a person deceased to have been his intention that his executor should dispose of his real estate for any lawful purpose, the judge may license the administrator to sell it for the purpose and in the manner intended by the testator.
