If a trust was revocable at the settlor’s death, then a person may commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of that trust in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-B:4-406, and the trustee may proceed to distribute the trust property in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-B:4-406.
