(a) Subject to subsection (c), a foreign foundation may amend its certificate of registration by filing an amended certificate of registration with the secretary of state.
(b) An amended certificate of registration shall set forth:

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4

(1) The foreign foundation’s name or, if its name is unavailable for use in this state or does not satisfy the requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:4-401, a name that satisfies the requirements of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:4-401; and
(2) The amendment to the certificate of registration.
(c) A certificate of registration may be amended at any time in any respect so long as the amended certificate of registration contains only provisions that lawfully may be contained in the certificate of registration at the time of making the amendment.
