Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 564:5
- National Bank: A bank that is subject to the supervision of the Comptroller of the Currency. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is a bureau of the U.S. Treasury Department. A national bank can be recognized because it must have "national" or "national association" in its name. Source: OCC
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Except as otherwise provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564:1, such trust company or national bank when appointed trustee shall give a surety company bond in such sum as the judge may order.
