The provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 99-D shall apply to the chief medical examiner and any other medical examiner or investigator employed in the office of the chief medical examiner for claims arising from the scope of their official duties, including, but not limited to, the practice of forensic pathology and the practice of clinical forensic medicine.
