Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 637:10-c

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
A person is guilty of a class B felony, and a class A felony for a second or subsequent offense, if he or she conspires with one or more persons to engage for profit in a scheme or course of conduct of theft as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 637:3-a, II or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 637:10-b. A conviction under this section shall not merge with the conviction for any offense that is the object of the conspiracy.
