Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 651-A:10

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
For the purposes of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 651-A:7, 8 and 9, the phrase “murder which is psycho-sexual in nature” means murder in which there is evidence that the offender has committed sexual assault or abuse or attempted sexual assault or abuse of the victim before or after death.
